These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Be My Widget mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the user) and the app provider (referred to as “we” or “us”). Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is released from any obligations or liabilities under this agreement, except as otherwise provided by applicable Apple policies. You also agree that your use of the App is subject to Apple’s App Store terms and conditions as applicable.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Be My Widget on any supported Apple device (iOS 18+, iPadOS 18+, macOS on Apple Silicon) that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or exploit any part of the App.
You may optionally upload images from your device to customize widgets. These images remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, process, or know which photos you select. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any image you upload.
The App may request the following permissions:
You can revoke these permissions in device settings. Without them, certain features may not function.
We reserve the right to update and reassign content at any time. This includes moving themes, widgets, or features between free, paid, and referral content packs, as well as changing the contents of any pack with future app updates.
Be My Widget offers a free download with optional in-app purchases for unlocking additional content:
All subscriptions automatically renew based on the plan. You can cancel them at any time via Apple ID settings. Cancellations are manual and must be done outside the App.
We reserve the right to change pricing and adjust content in any subscription tier or pack (including paid ones). This includes adding, removing, or replacing widgets, themes, or capabilities.
Purchases are for personal use only. Content may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
All sales are final. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by App Store policies. All purchase decisions are made transparently on the app’s paywall screen. There are no hidden or background charges.
Referral content may be unlocked in two ways:
Referral rewards are promotional and may change or be discontinued at any time. Activation codes and unlocked content may not be sold or resold.
We may modify referral terms or remove referral features entirely at our discretion.
We do not require accounts or collect personal data. We collect:

Be My Widget does not currently show third-party ads.
We do not share any user data with third parties. All analytics collected via Amplitude is fully anonymized and used solely to improve the product experience.
Apple is not responsible for providing support. Support is handled by us (contact below). We do not guarantee indefinite compatibility or updates.
If we discontinue a paid feature, we will attempt to replace it or maintain value.
You may terminate these Terms by deleting the App. We may suspend access for violations. Upon termination, all rights to use the App end.
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for damages arising from the use of the App. Any potential remedies shall be limited to those required by law in your jurisdiction.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms and may enforce them. Apple is not responsible for the App’s content or support beyond its own policies.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates implies acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (developer’s country of residence). Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia unless otherwise required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.
