How do I add a widget to the Home Screen?
Open the “How to add” tab to see a step-by-step guide. Widgets are added directly from your Home Screen. We don’t use complex slots—our method is as quick and simple as possible.
How do I choose a theme for a widget?
After adding the widget, long-press it for about three seconds and choose “Edit Widget”. Every widget has a theme selector field.
How do I change a counter, timer or note?
Long-press the widget for about three seconds and select “Edit Widget”. Input fields for text, dates or timers—and the theme picker—will appear.
Can I transfer widgets between devices?
Unfortunately no. You can, however, sync your purchased PRO content and recreate the same set of widgets manually. We designed the add-widget flow to be extremely simple! If you bought PRO content, tap “Restore Purchases”.
Can I add widgets of other sizes?
The current version supports only the small size. We’re experimenting with new sizes and features for future releases.
Can I transfer referral content?
No, but you can unlock it again—instantly and for free—by sharing a link via the referral form.
I want to use the Weather widget, but I once denied GPS access
Go to Settings › Apps › Be My Widget, find “Location” and choose “While Using”. We never collect or share your location; it’s used only locally to display accurate weather for your area.
If I reset my phone or buy a new one, will my configured widgets disappear?
Yes. Widget data (notes, timers) lives on your current Home Screen, so a fresh device means fresh widgets. Before resetting, copy your texts and dates so you can re-enter them after adding the widgets again.
Why don’t I see theme backgrounds on widgets in iPad Lock Screen, Liquid Glass or Monochrome mode?
iOS doesn’t support images in those display modes. Our widgets still show text and numbers, but to enjoy theme backgrounds please use the classic display mode.
